1) How do I join Perfect4U?

That’s easy! Simply select the country flag of where you live from our home page and you will be taken to the website of one of our selling agents. It is not possible to buy a Perfect4U membership from us directly; we sell our membership packages through authorized agents only.

Alternatively if you country is not listed then leave us your details via our Contact page and we will get someone to contact you.

2) How do I pay for the products or services?

We spent a lot of time making sure that accessing you benefits way easy! Once you have logged in you will find a menu driven ‘BackOffice system’.

This will either link you directly to the benefits provider via their website and /or you will have a telephone number to call.

You then just pay for you products via the various methods offered and your product/products is/are either delivered or emailed directly to you.

Perfect4U does not supply products or services directly to its members.

3) How do suppliers know that I am a member of Perfect4U and give me my discount?

You are given a unique membership number when you join Perfect4U, sometimes this is all you need to access certain benefits. Other providers introduce another level of security by issuing their own user name and passwords. If using the telephone your details will be cross referenced to our membership database.

We are endeavoring to introduce a global sign in to give you access to all benefits. Once this has been completed we will of course send you the details.

4) How do I access all my benefits?

This has been answered in questions 2 and 3 above! You simply log in and save! Perfect.

5) Am I always guaranteed cheapest prices?

As you should know in life there are no guarantees! What we can guarantee however, is that we will always bring you the best possible price available to us, we always pass all discounts on to our members.

When visiting one of our benefit provider’s sites you will see the normal prices. When you order via the net or phone from them, your discount is applied and you passed on to you.
So you can see a genuine saving on that particular purchase.

As always remember to take into account delivery charges and taxes we can do nothing about that!

Other services are becoming more difficult to guarantee particularly travel. With the use of the internet, the need to always use a Travel Agent is not always necessary. Most major airlines now have online booking which ‘cuts out’ the middleman, which in turn can lead to slightly reduced prices BUT not always. Plus think of the time it could take you!

Our Travel Providers are all experts in their field and will at all times offer you the lowest possible price available to them on that given day. They will in some circumstances, also give away a percentage of the commission they receive, however small, to really get you, the member the best deal!

The ability to make one enquiry or one phone call to our Travel experts and let them do the work on your behalf is in itself fantastic, to then find you get a great price on a flight, or a magnificent saving to you ideal destination is really the icing on the cake.

6) Can I access member benefits in other countries?

Yes you can, for example if you live in the UK and are visiting the United States, it would make sense to be able to access the U.S. benefits. All you need to do is use the contact us page stating when you are traveling and leave the rest to us. Bon voyage!

7) How do I advertise my product, service or item for sale in the Perfect4U classifieds?

Once you are a Perfect4U member you need to log in to your back office.
You will find the classifieds there, along with a ‘Submit your classified’ button.
All you need to do is fill in the required information and submit it to us.

If you are promoting your company services or products, we will need to confirm that you are providing our members with genuine discounts.

A member of the Perfect4U team will review your ‘ad’ and once approved it will go live on the P4U site usually within 72 hours.

8) Can I join as a company?

Yes you can, we already have many companies using our packages. We do however impose some limitations on larger accounts, as to be expected. We look at each individual company in detail including their expected requirements, any additional fees will be agreed at the outset and then you and your company can enjoy all the benefits of being one of our great members.
